Cancellation policy

When booking appointment, please consider that you are reserving an hour of my time, during which I will assess your injury/condition and provide appropriate treatment/advice.

During that time I am unable to treat any other clients who may have to wait some time before a suitable appointment becomes available.

I keep a cancellation list for urgent cases and will always try to give these individuals sufficient notice when an appointment becomes available.

All bookings are made on the understanding that you will make every effort to attend your appointment or give reasonable notice if you are unable to attend. Failure to do so can mean a loss of income for the clinic, delayed treatment for clients needing urgent treatments and a possible loss of business from potential clients who were unable to book an appointment at the time your treatment was scheduled.

It is therefore necessary to adopt a policy whereby anyone who fails to attend their appointment or provides less than 48 hours notice of cancellation will be charged the full/part cost of the treatment booked.
